Consular section is open for public Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:00 (all matters) and from 13:00 to 16:00 (non-visa matters). 

Consular enquiry line is open from 8.30 to 12.00. 

Russian national holidays are January 1-5, January 7, February 23, March 8, May 1, May 9, June 12 and November 4. If the holiday date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday will be a day off.

Applicants from Nordland, Troms and Finnmark are served by Consulate General in Kirkenes. Applicants from Spitsbergen are served by Consulate General in Barentsburg.
