Apply to study in the Russian Federation in 2023/2024 academic year


The Embassy of the Russian Federation in Norway announces the beginning of registration in the system https://education-in-russia.com/ for further competitive selection to study in Russian universities within the Government scholarship quota. Norway citizens, stateless persons, foreign citizens and compatriots living abroad may submit an application. 
Application deadline: Desember 24, 2022 – March 20, 2023.
Please note that all applications should be submitted only via https://education-in-russia.com/.
